Lunch, made simple

Everyone chooses. Everything arrives together.

A small team or several locations: you set things up, your colleagues stay in charge of their meals.

  1. Bring your team together

Create your account, then your Group. Invite colleagues by email list, link or QR code. You can manage the programme without ordering.

  2. Everyone chooses and pays

Your colleagues choose their meals and pay their share. An employer contribution can be deducted automatically according to your rules.

  3. We deliver together

Orders arrive in individually named bags. Delivery fees are shared automatically. Put the meals in the fridge, then heat them when it is time to eat.

A benefit on your terms

A welcome gesture. A budget you decide.

Group delivery is already a benefit. You can go further by paying for delivery, part of the meals or the whole order.

  • Contributing is your choice

Start with your existing facilities, without subsidising meals. Everyone benefits from sharing delivery costs.

  • Your rules, applied automatically

A fixed amount or percentage; meals, extras, the order or delivery; a cap per person and per week, month, quarter or year.

  • The benefit can follow your colleagues

Allow contributions towards home deliveries too. Manage multiple Groups and different plans from a single account.

Lunch-Check

A payment method already available

Does your team use Lunch-Check?

Your colleagues can use it to pay for meals on merciChef. A simple way to make the most of a meal benefit they already know.

Practical questions

A lunch space, without a restaurant fit-out

A fridge. A way to heat lunch. You’re ready.

The programme works with your existing lunch area. No production kitchen or on-site catering staff.

A week in the fridge

Meals keep for seven days in the fridge. Available storage space and the number of participants determine the delivery schedule.

Heat each meal individually

Everyone follows their meal’s instructions. Opening just one corner of the sealed tray helps limit splashes in the microwave.

Need equipment or cooler bags to take meals home? We can discuss the right setup and the terms for providing it.

An arrangement that fits your address

Delivery that fits your working week.

Geneva & the Lake Geneva region

Our refrigerated vans deliver Monday to Wednesday. Handover between 8 am and noon is guaranteed in Geneva and Lausanne city; times for other addresses are confirmed separately.

Elsewhere in Switzerland

Swiss Post delivers insulated parcels with ice packs. Monday Express deliveries arrive before 9 am. Your team receives the parcels and puts the meals in the fridge.

Available days, delivery methods and time slots depend on your address. Postal parcels include a return label for sending delivery packaging back.

Two ways to start

At your pace. With the support you need.

You already have the essentials

Launch your Group

Create your account in a few minutes. Set up your Group and invite your colleagues. You do not need to place an order to get started.

Create my business account

Allow six days for meals cooked to order; two days for a selection in stock, depending on available deliveries.

You need equipment

Let’s create your lunch space

Let’s discuss your needs and a tasting. If equipment is needed, we can arrange a supported 4–6 week pilot to assess logistics and your team’s everyday experience.

Discuss my project

Allow around three weeks to prepare. Equipment, commitment period and pilot terms are agreed together before installation.

Is there a minimum number of colleagues?

A Group can start with two people. Each group delivery must include at least three meals or à la carte portions. A colleague can therefore order just one meal if the combined delivery meets that minimum.

Does the employer have to pay for meals?

No. Financial contributions are optional. The company can simply organise group delivery and provide access to its lunch area. It can also cover delivery fees alone or set a capped contribution.

Can I manage the programme without ordering?

Yes. A business account gives you access to Group management without a first order. One account can manage several locations or teams with different contribution rules.

What about home working or changing schedules?

You can allow employer contributions towards home deliveries as well as the Group address. Everyone orders to suit their schedule, with seven days of refrigerated shelf life offering flexibility.

How soon can the first meals arrive?

Meals cooked to order must be ordered six days before delivery. A selection in stock can reduce this to two days, depending on availability and delivery days at your address.

What equipment and commitment are needed?

There is no commitment to the programme itself. A fridge and enough microwaves for the participants are needed. If we install equipment, the supported pilot’s terms and duration are agreed before starting.

How can colleagues check ingredients and allergens?

Check each meal’s information before ordering and follow the label instructions. Meal labels are in French; the QR code provides detailed information in German and English.

How should contributions be handled in accounting?

Contribution records help you manage your budget. Business account invoicing is subject to approval. Tax and social insurance treatment depend on your situation and the arrangement chosen; your fiduciary can confirm the applicable terms.

What about packaging?

Our trays contain 80% recycled material. A tray take-back and recycling process is being tested. Postal delivery packaging can be returned using the supplied return label.
