Our kitchen team cooks your dishes in Meyrin. They travel chilled to your address, by refrigerated delivery or insulated parcel depending on your area. Put them in the fridge on arrival.
Heat and enjoy
Meals keep for seven days in the fridge, following the date and guidance on the label. Heat your portion according to its instructions when you are ready to eat.

Each dish comes in an individual tray with ingredients, allergen information and reheating instructions. You need a fridge and a suitable way to heat your meals. Remove small cold sauce pots before heating.

Yes. Call 022 789 60 60 to sign up, order, set your default food preferences and pause deliveries with our automated telephone assistant. Simply say what you would like to do.
Do I have to order every week?
You can order occasionally or arrange regular deliveries. If your plans change, adjust upcoming orders or request a pause by phone or in your account before the change deadline.
How much do meals and delivery cost?
The price depends on your dishes, quantities and delivery address. Prices are shown when choosing meals, and the total is confirmed before you place the order. By phone, ask for an order summary before confirming.
Do the meals arrive hot?
They arrive cooked and chilled. Refrigerate them on arrival, then heat just the portion you want to eat, following its label. That way, you choose your own mealtime.
What about my preferences or allergies?
Save your preferences and exclusions by phone or in your account. Always check each dish’s ingredients and allergens: traces may be present. Saved preferences do not guarantee that a meal is free from allergens.
Where and when can I receive a delivery?
We deliver throughout Switzerland. Available days, delivery methods and lead times depend on your address and chosen dishes. These are provided when ordering. Arrange to receive the meals and put them in the fridge.
Does it work if I live on my own?
Yes. Meals come in individual portions. Choose different dishes for the week and heat one at a time. There is no need to cook a large batch or eat the same thing several days in a row.
